The questionnaire was created within the framework of this research in order to characterize the respondents in SES dimension. Creating the questionnaire, laws and regulations of Cabinet of Ministers (Cabinet of Ministers of Republic of Latvia, 2003) on classification and order in which a person is certifiable as poor were observed.
