Speciālās izglītības pedagoga atbalsts bērnam ar mācīšanās traucējumiem jaunākajā skolas vecuma vispārizglītojošā skolā

Abstract

Pētījuma objekts: Bērns ar mācīšanās traucējumiem vispārizglītojošās skolas jaunākajā skolas vecumā. Pētījuma priekšmets: Speciālās izglītības pedagoga darbība un atbalsta sistēma. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot speciālā pedagoga atbalstu jaunākās skolas vecuma bērniem ar mācīšanās traucējumiem vispārizglītojošā skolā. Darbs tika izstrādāts kā iespējamā atbilde uz jautājumu – ko darīt, lai skolēnam, kuram ir mācīšanās traucējumi, uzlabotos mācību sekmes? Kā speciālais pedagogs var palīdzēt jaunākā skolas vecuma bērnam ar mācīšanās traucējumiem? Tēmas aktualitāte balstās uz atziņu, ka nekad nav par vēlu sākt aktīvi ieviest īpašas darba metodes, lai uzlabotu skolēna ar mācīšanās traucējumiem sekmes, liela loma tika veltīta skolēnu izpētei- fizisko un psihisko procesu īpatnībām jaunākajā skolas vecumposmā, speciālā pedagoga atbalsta nozīmei, sadarbības nozīmei starp Atbalsta Komisijas speciālistiem un vecākiem. Pievērsties izvēlētajai tēmai rosināja tas, ka Latvijas skolās speciālais pedagogs kā amata vienība ieviests tikai iepriekšējā, 2005./2006. mācību gadā, un liela sabiedrības daļa ir maz informēta par speciālā pedagoga darba uzdevumiem. Darbu veido ievads, 5 nodaļa ar 5 apakšnodaļām, literatūras saraksts, anotācijas un pielikumi. Diplomdarba izstrādes laikā autore guva vairākas vērtīgas atziņas un secinājumus, no kuriem galvenais ir, ka speciālā pedagoga sadarbība ar citiem skolas Atbalsta Komisijas speciālistiem ir viens no galvenajiem nosacījumiem, lai skolēns ar mācīšanās traucējumiem labāk apgūtu mācību programmā paredzēto.

Subject of the research: A child with a learning disability in primary grades of an elementary school. Topic of the research: Activities and a support system for the student implemented by the special education teacher. Purpose of the research: Identify the support of the special education teacher for children with learning disabilities in primary grades of an elementary school. The theses was developed in answer to the question – how can the academic performance of a child with a learning disability be improved? How can the special education teacher help and support a child in primary grades with learning disability? The relevance of the tropic is based on the recognition that it is never too late to implement new teaching methods to improve student’s academic performance. An emphasis was put on studying the student’s physical and psychological characteristics, the relevance of the special education teacher’s support and importance of cooperation between Support Committee and parents. The topic of the thesis was inspired by the fact that the role of special education teacher was only introduced to the school system in Latvia in the 2005/06 academic year and majority of society is purely informed about the responsibilities of the special education teacher. The work consists of an introduction, five sections and five sub-sections, bibliography, annotation and appendices. During the research for the thesis the author gained many valuable insights and useful conclusions, the most important being that, the cooperation between the special education teacher and the school’s Support Committee is one of the main factors in a success at achieving requirements of the curriculum by student with learning disability.
