Inovatīvas skolotāju mācīšanās kultūras veidošanās

Abstract

Izglītības iestādes kā konservatīvas institūcijas ir izpelnījušās kritiku, kas sakņojas to grūtībās operatīvi reaģēt uz pārmaiņu procesiem sabiedrībā. Nepieciešamība uzlabot mācīšanās procesus skolu kultūrā noteica Līvas Gobas maģistra darba tematu “Inovatīvas skolotāju mācīšanās kultūras veidošanās”. Pētījumā analizēta skolotāju mācīšanās kultūra kā organizācijas kultūras daļa, kam ir centrāla loma pedagoģisku inovāciju radīšanā. Izmantojot teorētiskās pētīšanas metodes, izvirzītas inovatīvas skolotāju mācīšanās kultūras veidošanās dimensijas. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā, izmantojot kvalitatīvās empīriskās metodes, tika izpētīti un konceptualizēti izglītības ekspertu un Inovatīvas skolas X skolotāju viedokļi, izvirzīti inovatīvas skolotāju mācīšanās kultūras kritēriji un skaidroti tās veidošanās nosacījumi. Educational institutions have often been criticized for their conservatism and their inability to swiftly react to social changes. The growing need to improve the learning processes in school culture has defined Līva Goba's choice of the theme for her master paper, The Development of An Innovative Learning Culture Among Teachers. The paper analyzes the learning culture among teachers as part of the organizational culture that has a central role in creating pedagogical innovations. To present a theoretical framework, different dimensions of the development of an innovative learning culture have been studied. In the research part of the paper, qualitative empirical methods have been used to examine and conceptualize the opinions of educational experts and teachers from an innovative school X. Moreover, the criteria for the development of an innovative learning culture among teachers have been put forward and the terms for the development of such a culture have been explained.
