Profesijas standarta veidošana veselības aprūpē

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ‘’ Profesijas standarta veidošana veselības aprūpē’’ ir aktuāla, jo pašreiz esošā profesionālās izglītības sistēma nenodrošina pieaugošās darba tirgus un cilvēkresursu attīstības vajadzības veselības aprūpes nozarē. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 94 lappuses. Tas sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, nobeiguma, 7 pielikumiem un literatūras saraksta ar 98 avotiem. Darbā ietvertas 15 tabulas un 12 attēli. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt profesijas standarta veidošanu veselības aprūpes speciālistiem un izveidot eksperimentālu profesijas standartu pēdu kopšanas speciālistiem – podologiem. Pirmā nodaļa apskata normatīvos aktus, kas jāievēro veidojot profesijas standartu un aplūko tādus jautājumus kā – kompetence, prasmes, uzdevumi, zināšanas. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēts pieaugušo vecumposms, apskatot arī personības attīstību saistībā ar profesionālo darbību. Trešā nodaļa atspoguļo jau esošo profesiju standartu veselības aprūpē veidošanas pedagoģisko pieredzi. Ceturtā nodaļa parāda profesijas standarta podologs veidošanas gaitu, kā arī izstrādātā profesijas standarta ekspertu novērtējumu. Pētījuma laikā apstiprinājās hipotēze, ka profesijas standarta veidošana ir sekmīga, ja: 1) tie ievēroti profesijas standartu veidošanas normatīvie akti, 2) tiek ievērota profesijas standarta izstrādes procesa shēma, 3) tie precīzi formulētas zināšanas, prasmes un attieksmes.

The theme of the master’s paper “ ‘’ Development of profession’s standard in health care’’ is topical, because labour market and human resources cannot be provided with increasing developmental requirements in health care sector by vocational education system. The master’s paper consists of 94 pages. It’s composed of introduction, 4 chapters, conclusion, 7 appendixes and bibliography with 98 sources of information. Paper contains 15 tables and 12 images. The aim of the study is to investigate development process of profession’s standard in health care and to develop experimental profession’s standard of foot care specialists – podolog. First chapter describes legislation associated with developing profession’s standard in health care. It discusses about competences, skills, tasks and knowledge’s. Second chapter analyses human development in adulthood, touching on professional activity. Third chapter reflects pedagogical experience of existent profession’s standard in health care. Fourth chapter reflects development of podolog’s profession’s standard, as well as expert’s evaluation. During this study hypothesis of paper was approved, it’s mean that developmental process of profession’s standard is successful, if: 1) legislation about profession’s standard development is take into account, 2) the schema of profession’s standard development is take into account, 3) knowledge’s, skills and attitudes are correctly formulated.
