Skolas tēla veidošana.

Abstract

Maģistra darbs veidots kā pētījums par skolas tēla veidošanu. Darba autore analizēja literatūru par šādām tēmām: skolas tēla veidošanās; organizācijas kultūras līmeņi skolā; komunikācija; skolas tēls kā skolas vērtība; sabiedriskās attiecības skolā. Gadījuma pētījumā autore izvēlējās anketēšanu. X skolas mājas lapu apmeklējuši tikai 35% respondentu. Bet interesējošo informāciju bija atraduši 20% respondentu. Kopumā autore secina, ka skolas tēls vecāku un pārējās sabiedrības vērtējumā ir pozitīvs. Skolas tēlu ietekmē galvenokārt klases audzinātāju darbība, bet spēcīgi ietekmē arī sabiedriskās aktivitātes un viss pārējais, ko skolas vadības komanda paziņo sabiedrībai.

The Master’s Paper is provided as a research work for development of school’s image. The author of the Paper has analysed scientific literature about these themes: development of school’s image; organization culture’s levels at school; communication; school’s image as the school’s value; public relations at school. The author of the Paper has chosen questionnaire method in the case study. Only 35 percent of respondents had visited the home page of school X. But 20 percent of respondents had found the information they were curious to know. Overall the author of the Paper concludes that the assessment of the school’s image is positive in social and parental eyes. The school’s image most of all is easily influenced by class teacher’s activities, but is also influenced by public activities and other news which are posted by the team of school’s managers.
