Sociāledagoģiskais darbs ar jaunpienācējiem adaptacijas veicināšanai bērnu un jauniešu centrā "Imanta"

Abstract

Mērķis: izpētīt jaunatnācēju uzņemšanas un adaptācijas procesu bērnu un jauniešu centrā „Imanta” un rast iespējas ar sociālpedagoģisko darbu veicināt jauno audzēkņu adaptēšanos. Darbā raksturoti jaunatnācēji kā viens no sociālpedagoģiskās darbības subjektiem bērnu namos, aplūkota adaptācijas procesa norise un nozīme, grupas nozīme indivīda personības attīstībā. Apkopoti empīriskā pētījuma rezultāti un secinājumi, pievēršoties bērnu nama vides ietekmei uz adaptāciju, adaptācijas perioda formālajam un neformālajam procesam. Izveidota sociālpedagoģiskās darbības programma adaptācijas veicināšanai, veikta tās aprobācija un analīze. The aim: to study the enrolment and adaptation process of new arrivals at the children and youth’s centre “Imanta” of Riga municipality and to find the possibilities how to promote their adaptation with the social pedagogical work. The Author characterizes new arrivals as one of the subjects of the social pedagogical activity in the children’s home, describes the adaptation process and its importance, the role of the group in the development of the individual’s personality. The results of the empirical study and conclusions paying attention to the influence of the environment of children’s home on the adaptation, the formal and informal process of the adaptation period are summarized. The description and analysis of the developed social pedagogical program for promoting the adaptation process included.
