The Paper consists of the analysis of theoretical literature, study of the pedagogically psychological characterization of the target group, defined principles of the importance of phonemic perception in the development of child’s language, the study to find out the level of the knowledge of the target group and parents’ interest in developing child’s phonemic perception.
