X skolas komandas sadarbība ar vecākiem.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “X skolas komandas sadarbība ar vecākiem”. Maģistra darbu izstrādāja Daiga Antonova. Darba vadītājs ir profesors Andrejs Geske. Pētījumā analizēts X skolas sadarbība ar vecākiem, vecāku, skolotāju un bērnu uzskati par sadarbību, skolas vadības sadarbība ar vecākiem. Izstrādāts un piedāvāts sadarbības modelis X skolā. Darba mērķis - izveidot X skolas komandas sadarbības modeli ar vecākiem, īpašu vērību pievēršot komandas darba rezultātiem X skolā. Pētījuma hipotēze: x skolas komandas sadarbības pozitīvie rezultāti, veicina skolēnu un vecāku izpratni par izglītības nepieciešamību. Pētījuma uzdevumi 1. Veikt aptauju X skolas vecāku, skolotāju un skolēnu vidū; 2. Noteikt vecāku un skolas sadarbības trūkuma iemeslus; 3. Noskaidrot vecāku vēlmes viņu un skolas sadarbības procesā. 4. Izstrādāt X skolas komandas sadarbības modeli ar bērna ģimeni, ja skolā tiek konstatēts skolas iekšējās kārtības noteikumu neievērošana. 5. Pierādīt magistra darbā izvirzīto hipotēzi. Pētījumā secināts: 1. sadarbību būtiski ietekmē vecāku izglītības līmenis; 2.sadarbību veicina arī tas, ka skolā tiek ievērota katra skolēna personība un konfidencionalitāte attiecībā uz viņa sekmēm un ģimeni; 3. vecāku mērķis sakrīt ar skolas mērķi – attīstīt bērniem izpratni par izglītības nepieciešami un spēju konkurēt darba tirgū; Atslēgas vārdi – ģimene, komanda, skola, sadarbība. Maģistra darbs satur 69 lapas, 60 attēlus, 4 tabulas, izmantoti 45 literatūras avoti un 3 pielikumi. Darba praktiskajā daļā veiktas 3 aptaujas, aptaujājot 343 respondentus, izveidots sadarbības modelis. Maģistra darbā izstrādāti secinājumi, apkopoti rezultāti un darbs atspoguļo autores personisko pētījumu rezultātus. Uz maģistra darbā minētajiem datiem un atziņām ir sniegtas literatūras atsauces.

The theme of the Master’s Paper is “X school’s teams cooperation with family”. Master’s Paper was produced by Daiga Antonova. Under the guidance of Professor Andrejs Geske. In the research were analysed – X school`s cooperation with parents; parent`s, teacher`s and student`s opinions about cooperation; school`s teams cooperation with parents. There was created and suggested model of cooperation in X school. The aim of the work – to create the model for cooperation with parents in X school, for base taken school`s teams cooperation works results. Hypothesis of Master`s Paper: the positive results of X school`s cooperation facilitate made pupils and parent`s understanding of the necessity of education. Research tasks – 1.To manage the questionnaire 2.To state the causes of the lack of cooperation between parents and the school; 3.Find out parents suggestions in cooperation with school; 4.To elaborate the cooperation model between the school`s team and child`s family, when the pupil ignores school`s rules. 5.To prove the hypothesis of Master`s Paper. In research is drawn a conclusion, that 1. The level of parent`s education has a significant impact on cooperation; 2. The cooperation is facilitated by confidentiality of every student concern marks and family issues 3. The parent`s and school`s aims are the same: to develop in the child the importance of education and skills to be effective in the job market. Key words – family, team, school, cooperation Master’s Paper work contains 69 pages, 60 pictures, 4 tables, 45 sources and 3 appendixes are utilized. In There were 3 questionnaires manages, 343 respondents, and thus the model of cooperation was created. The conclusions, results and work summarized represent the results of the author personal researches. The data and conclusions mentioned in work are given in literature references.
