Inese Janiša – “X” koledžas studiju programmu izvēles motivācijas analīze.–Rīga, 2010. – 87 lpp.
Maģistra darba mērķis – salīdzinot divus izvēles faktorus, noteikt, kurš no šiem – personīgo interešu faktors vai atbilstība darba tirgus prasībām – profesionālo studiju programmu izvēlē no studējošo viedokļa ir svarīgāks, kā arī, pamatojoties uz situācijas analīzi, izteikt priekšlikumus studējošo motivācijas uzlabošanai “X” koledžā.
Pētījuma gaitā savāktie dati tika statistiski salīdzināti, izmantojot neparametriskās metodes – Spirmena korelācijas analīzi (studējošo anketas), X2 kritēriju (studējošo un koledžu vadītāju anketas).
Darba struktūru veido ievads, 3 nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām, rezultāti un diskusija, secinājumi, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksts, kā arī 7 pielikumi.
Darbā ir 1 tabula, 31 attēls, izmantotas 68 literatūras un avotu vienības.

The aim of the Master thesis – by comparing two alternative factors to determine which of these are more important from the students' point of view when selecting the professional curriculum – the personal benefit factor or conformity to the labor market demands. As well as based on an analysis of the situation, to make proposals for improvement of students’ motivation in ‘X’ College.
Data collected during the study were statistically compared using nonparametric methods – Spirmen correlation analysis (students’ questionnaires), X2 criterions (questionnaires of students and heads of the colleges).
The thesis consists of an introduction, 3 chapters with subdivisions, results and discussion, the conclusions, list of literature, references and sources, and 7 annexes.
There are 1 table, 31 pictures and 68 units of used literature and sources.
