SVID analīzes izmantošana skolā,tās darba kvalitātes uzlabošanai.
Zusammenfassung
Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt SVID (stipro, vājo pušu, iespēju un draudu) analīzes priekšrocības un trūkumus un uzsvērt tās lomu izglītības kvalitātes uzlabošanas procesā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi ir izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: izpētīt, cik veiksmīgi ir izmantota SVID analīze izglītības iestādēs ar mācību pārziņu aptaušanu un direktoru intervēšanas palīdzību; izpētīt SVID analīzes priekšrocības un trūkumus un veidot noteiktos secinājumus par šo tēmu.
Maģistra darba praktiskajā daļā tika veikts pētījums, kurā tika aptaujātas 38 skolu mācību pārziņi un intervēti 5 skolu direktori. Aptauju un interviju rezultāti tika analizēti, lai atrastu kopīgās un atšķirīgās iezīmes.
Maģistra darbā tika iegūti šadi galvenie secinājumi:
•SVID analīzei piemīt savas priekšrocības un trūkumi, tāpēc jābūt ļoti uzmanīgam, lai šo SVID analīzi pielietotu;
•Aptaujātie mācību pārziņi un intervētie skolu direktori spēj izmantot SVID analīzi savas skolas stratēģijas veidošanai.

The aim of the master’s paper is to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of SWOT (Strengthes, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis and underline the role of it in the process of improving the quality of education. In order to reach the aim the following enabling objectives were set: investigate how successfully SWOT analysis is used at school by means of the questionnaires of school authorities and the interviews of school headmasters; to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of SWOT analysis and draw particular conclusions on the theme.
The practical part of the master’s paper deals with the research, in which 38 school authorities were questioned and 5 headmasters were interviewed. The results of the questionnaires and interviews were analysed in order to find out common and different features.
After that two main conclusions were made:
•SWOT analysis possesses its own advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, every person who wants to use it must be very attentive in order to apply it properly;
•The school authorities who were questioned and the headmasters who were interviewed can apply SWOT analysis in order to create the strategy for the particular school.
