Sadarbības veicināšana speciālajā internātpamatskolā pusaudžu mobinga mazināšanā

Abstract

Par diplomdarba mērķi izvirzīts raksturot pusaudžu mobingu, izstrādāt un aprobēt antimobinga programmu 5.-9. klašu skolēniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīts mobinga jēdziens un tā skaidrojums, mobinga rašanās cēloņi, veidi un sekas. Aprakstīts pusaudžu vecumposma īpatnības. Aprakstītas mobinga specifiskās iezīmes pusaudžiem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Praktiskajā daļā veikts pētījums par mobingu speciālajā internātpamatskolā. Modelēta sociālpedagoģiskās darbības programma mobinga mazināšanai un veikta tās aprobācija. The goal of the paper is to describe teenage mobbing, to develop and approbate an anti-mobbing program for pupils of 5th-9th grade with mental development problems. Theoretical part describes and explains the concept of mobbing, its causes, types and consequences. It also includes a description of peculiarities characteristic to teenagers. It describes the specific mobbing features for teenagers with mental development problems. Practical part of the paper contains a research about mobbing in special boarding elementary school.
