Diplomdarba autora izstrādātā darba tēma ir „Interaktīvie materiāli 9.klasei Latvijas klimata apguvē”.
Diplomdarba mērķis ir izstrādāt interaktīvu mācību materiālu Latvijas klimata apgūšanai un to lietošanas metodiku.
Mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi:
izpētīt vizuālu un interaktīvu ģeogrāfijas mācību materiālu pieejamību internetā;
izpētīt pieejamos interaktīvos mācību materiālus ģeogrāfijā, to izveidošanas principus un pielietojumu;
izveidot interaktīvu mācību materiālu ģeogrāfijas mācību priekšmeta tēmas „Latvijas klimats” apgūšanai;
izstrādāt metodiku darbam ar izveidoto interaktīvo mācību materiālu.
Diplomdarbs sastāv no 55 lpp., kas strukturētas 5 nodaļās un ietver 2 tabulas, 25 attēlus. Diplomdarbam pievienoti 2 pielikumi. Izmantoti 27 bibliogrāfiskie avoti.

To achieve the aim of the Diploma Paper the author put forward the following objectives:
to explore the accessibility of visual and interactive teaching materials for Geography on the Internet;
to study accessible interactive materials for Geography, their creation principles and use;
to create an interactive teaching material for Geography in aquisition of the theme Climat in Latvia;
to develop the methodology for the created interactive teaching material.
The Diploma Paper consists of 55 pages, that are structured into 5 units. It contains 2 tables and 25 pictures. There are 2 appendices added to the Diploma Paper. 27 bibliography sources have been used.
