Depresijas, traumatiskās pieredzes un disociācijas saistība pacientiem ar diagnosticētu depresiju un psihiski veseliem cilvēkiem
Abstract
Pētījuma mērķis: noteikt kāda saistība pastāv starp depresijas izteiktības pakāpi, traumatisko pieredzi un disociatīvo traucējumu simptomu līmeni.
Pētījuma dalībnieki: grupa ar diagnosticētu depresiju - 36 pacienti. Kontroles grupa – 58 personas.
Instrumentārijs: Beka depresijas izpētes aptauja (BDI-II), Traumatisko pagātnes notikumu aptauja (TAQ), Disociācijas Multidimensiju Aptauja (MID-6).
Rezultāts: grupā ar diagnosticētu depresiju depresijas izteiktības, psihotraumatiskās pieredzes laika un veida rādītāju, disociatīvo traucējumu simptomu līmenis ir statistiski nozīmīgi augstāks kā kontroles grupā. Konstatēta statistiski nozīmīga saistība starp depresijas izteiktības pakāpi un vairākiem psihotraumatiskās pieredzes vecumposmiem, veidiem un disociatīvo traucējumu simptomiem, kā arī psihotraumatiskās pieredzes veidiem un vairākiem disociatīvo traucējumu simptomiem.

Results: rate of the depression level, time and type of psychotraumatic experience and dissociative symptoms is statistically significantly higher in a group diagnosed with depression than in the control group. Statistically significant relationship between depression level, time and type of psychotraumatic experience and dissociative symptoms, as well as between time and type of psychotraumatic experience and various dissociative symptoms were found.
