Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: atbalsta komanda skolā skolēniem ar mācīšanās traucējumiem. Darba autore: Andra Spure Zinātniskā vadītājs: Dr. Ekonomikas doktors, prof. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēta komandas darba būtība, funkcijas un veidošanās pamatprincipi, kā arī komandas veidošanās tieši izglītības iestādēs. Raksturota atbalsta komandas skolā mērķi, uzdevumi, sastāvs un sadarbība, bet detalizētāk analizēti mācīšanās traucējumi, to cēloņi un veidi. Darba praktiskajā daļā veikta skolēnu ar mācīšanās traucējumiem pedagoģiskā novērošana, analizēts atbalsta komandas darbs ar šiem bērniem, tiek anketēti skolēni, vecāki un skolotāji par sadarbību ar skolas atbalsta komandu, par tās nepieciešamību un sniegto palīdzību. Intervēta pati atbalsta komanda, lai noskaidrotu, kā atbalsta komanda vērtē savu darbu un kādas metodes iesaka, lai uzlabotu darbu ar skolēniem, kuriem ir mācīšanās traucējumi. Theme of the Master's Thesis: a support team for assisting children with learning disturbances at school. Author of the Master's Thesis: Andra Spure. Scientific supervisor: prof. Andrejs Geske, Dr. oec. Scope of the Master's Thesis: 115 pages, 26 graphs, 4 tables, 7 appendices, 70 sources. The theoretical part of the Master's Thesis contains the analysis of the nature and functions of team work and its organisational principles, in particular the organisation of a team at educational establishments. The aims, tasks, composition and cooperation of a support team at school are characterised. A more detailed analysis is provided in respect of learning disturbances and their causes and types. Within the framework of the practical part of the Master's Thesis, a pedagogical surveillance of schoolchildren with learning disturbances has been carried out, the work of the support team with such schoolchildren has been analysed, the schoolchildren, parents and teachers have been polled to find out their opinion on cooperation with the support team at school, the necessity of such a team and the support provided. Likewise, interviews with the support team have been carried out in order to ask for the self – evaluation of work carried out by the team and to find out the methods for improving work with schoolchildren with learning disturbances.
