Nodarbinātība un bezdarbs Latvijā un Eiropas Savienības valstīs : situāciju analīze un perspektīvas

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Nodarbinātība un bezdarbs Latvijā un Eiropas Savienības valstīs: situāciju analīze un perspektīvas”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izanalizēt nodarbinātības un bezdarba situāciju Latvijā, salīdzinot datus ar Eiropas Savienības valstīm, ka arī noteikt perspektīvas nodarbinātības jomā tuvākajiem gadiem, un pamatojoties uz veiktajiem secinājumiem izvirzīt priekšlikumus, kā uzlabot nodarbinātības situāciju Latvijā Pētījuma laika periods no 2002 līdz 2009. gadam. Darba apjoms ir 88 lapas, tai skaitā 16 attēli un 4 tabulas. Darba izstrādāšanas gaitā ir izmantoti 52 informācijas avoti – statistikas dati, preses izdevumi, mācību literatūra, pētījumi un interneta publikācijas. Darba izstrādes gaitā tika izmantotas sekojošas analīzes metodes: monogrāfiskā jeb aprakstošā – darba tirgus teorētiskā apskata veikšanai; statistikas – nepieciešamo datu apkopošanai un analīzei; grafiskā – iegūto rezultātu attēlošanai. The title of master degree is “Employment and Unemployment in Latvia and European Union countries: analyses and perspectives”. The purpose of the master degree is to analyze parameters of employment and unemployment in Latvia and European Union countries and also to define perspectives of employment for the nearest years, and make conclusions and suggestions based on done work. In the paper the period from 2002 till 2009 is researched. The paper is written on 88 pages, among them 16 images in the form of pictures and 4 tables. During the research 52 information sources - statistical data, periodical editions, the educational literature, Internet web sites have been used. During the research following methods of the analysis have been used: monographic or described - theoretical survey of a labor market; statistical - the analysis of necessary data, for the capsule analysis; graphical - display of the achieved results.
