A/s „Rīgas Piensaimnieks” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarbs tika izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā uzlabošanai, kas ļautu uzņēmumam attīstīties un gūt vēl lielāku peļņu nākotnē. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un praktiskās. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, kuri ietver finanšu analīzes būtību, tās informācijas avotu raksturojumu un metožu klasifikāciju, tāpat finanšu pārskatu analīzes metodes un uzņēmuma bankrotēšanas prognozes analīzi. Praktiskajā daļā autore veic uzņēmuma a/s „Rīgas Piensaimnieks” finanšu pārskatu analīzi par 2001. līdz 2005. gadam, novērtējot uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa izmaiņas analizējamo periodu laikā, un atrunājot šo izmaiņu cēloņus. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 80 lappuses, tas sastāv no 2 nodaļām un 10 apakšnodaļām, kā arī no 10 pielikumiem.

The diploma paper has worked out purposely to research the financial situation of the enterprise and to work out the suggestions for the improvement of it, that enable enterprise progress and to get greater earnings in future. The work consists of two parts – the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part of the paper have been considered the theoretical aspects of the financial analysis, which include essence of the financial analysis, the sort of information description and method of classification, also the financial statement method of analysis and the analysis of bankruptcy possibility in the enterprise. In the practical part the author has carried out the analysis of the financial reports of the enterprise stock corporation „Rīgas Piensaimnieks” for 2001 till 2005 year, estimating changes of a financial condition of the enterprise in the analyzed period and reasoned of these changes. The volume of the diploma paper is 80 pages, it includes 2 chapters and 10 subclass, as well as 10 appendices.
