Valsts un pašvaldību nodevas

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Valsts un pašvaldību nodevas”. Valsts un pašvaldību nodevas ekonomiskajā literatūrā un publikācijās tikpat kā nav apskatītas. Tās veido valsts un pašvaldību ieņēmumos diezgan mazu īpatsvaru. Autore uzskata, ka šobrīd jautājums par budžeta ieņēmumiem ir ļoti aktuāls, jo no tā ir atkarīga resursu sadale. Diplomdarba mērķis ir uz pieejamās literatūras pamata izpētīt valsts un pašvaldību nodevas, to maksāšanas, piemērošanas kārtību un izvērtēt priekšlikumus to trūkumu novēršanai. Lai sasniegtu mērķi: analizē valsts un pašvaldību nodevas; izvērtē valsts un pašvaldību ieņēmumus; salīdzina Latvijas un Lietuvas nodevu ieņēmumus. Darbā sniegti priekšlikumi nodevu piemērošanai un iekasēšanai.

The title of the present paper is „ Country and local government charge”. In the literature and publication about economics it is not possible to find a lot of information about the national and local charges, because this domain is not much studied. At present the question about the budged is very actual, because an allocation of resources depends on it. For that reason the purpose of the work is to examine national and local charges, their payment and application procedure, and to investigate the propositions that could prevent their disadvantages. The research method is based on the approachable literature about this theme. To attain the objective, attention is given to such problems as: analysis of the national and local charges; evaluation of the national and local incomes; comparing of the Latvian and Lithuanian charge incomes.
