Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „Projektu vadība un Eiropas Savienības fondu līdzfinansējuma saņemšana”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda ir veiksmīga projektu vadība Eiropas Savienības fondu līdzfinansējuma saņemšanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem un pielikumiem. Darbā ietverti 12 attēli, 19 tabulas un 2 formulas. Tā izstrādei izmantoti 19 literatūras avoti. Diplomdarba pirmajā nodaļā ir izpētīta un apkopota svarīgākā literatūras avotos pieejamā teorija par projektu un projektu vadību. Otrajā nodaļā atbilstošā secībā ir aplūkotas darbības, ar kuru palīdzību var saņemt Eiropas Savienības fondu finansiālu atbalstu projekta īstenošanā. Diplomdarba trešajā nodaļā ir izpētītas un izanalizētas iespējamās alternatīvas maksimālai Eiropas Savienības fondu līdzfinansējuma apgūšanai. The theme of the graduation paper is “Project Management and Receiving European Union Funds Co-financing.” The goal of the graduation paper is to explore what is successful project management in order to receive European Union funds co-financing. The present paper consists of introduction, three chapters with subchapters, conclusions, suggestions and appendices. The paper includes 12 images, 19 charts and two formulas. Bibliography contains 19 theoretical sources which have been used in order to elaborate the present paper. In the first chapter main theoretical information about project and project management have been analyzed and summarized. The second chapter examines activities which are crucial in order to receive European Union funds co-financing in project realization. In the third chapter possible alternatives in order to receive maximum co-financing from European Union funds have been analyzed.
