Zusammenfassung
Diplomdarba mērķis ir novērtēt SIA „LIB LAT” darbību, analizēt tā finansiālo stāvokli kā rezultātā izstrādāt priekšlikumus finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai.
Darba saturu veido trīs nodaļas, nobeigumā no darba izrietošie secinājumi un priekšlikumi.
Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta sabiedrības vispārējais raksturojums, otrajā nodaļā apskatīta SIA „LIB LAT” finanšu vadību sabiedrībā un trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta SIA “LIB LAT” finanšu analīze un šīs sabiedrības finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums.
Nobeiguma daļā ir veikti SIA „LIB LAT” secinājumi un priekšlikumi tās turpmākai attīstībai un pilnveidošanai, kas sekmēs sabiedrības turpmāko darbību.
Diplomdarba darba saturs izklāstīts 51 lappusēs, tai skaitā 17 tabulās, 22 attēlos, darbam pievienoti 4 pielikumi, izmantoti 12 literatūras avoti.

The work content consists of 3 sections. In the conclusion of the work there are consequential conclusions and suggestions.
In the 1st section there is disclosed general overview of the company. The second chapter shows us the company’s financial management and at the third chapter there is performed analyses and assessment of company’s financial situation.
In the end of the work the author gives the conclusions and suggestions for development possibilities of “LIB LAT” Ltd.
The diploma work is set in 51 pages, including 17 tables, 22 illustrations, included are 4 supplements, 12 sources of literature were used.
