Dotajā brīdī risināmo problēmu riņķis ekonomikā ievērojami paplašinājās, pieauga prasības to lēmuma metodikai un sakariem ar citiem saskarīgiem uzdevumiem. Struktūru ekonomikas pārbūves īpaši aktuālu problēmu starpā uzstājas līzings — kā investīciju politikas instruments.
Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Līzinga operācijas Latvijā, to darījumu izdevīguma analīze no ņēmēja viedokļa”. Maģistra darbā plaši atspoguļots līzinga raksturojums, to klasifikācija un maksājuma metodes, analizēti līzinga tiesiskie aspekti, plaši apskatīta līzinga vēsture pasaulē un Latvijā, tika pētītas līzinga operācijas Latvijā. Pēdējā darba nodaļa ir veltīta līzinga darījumu analīzei no līzinga ņēmēja viedokļa; no šīs nodaļas pakāpeniski izriet priekšlikumi, izstrādāti atbilstoši maģistra darba mērķim.
Darba apjoms sastāda 110 lpp., neieskaitot pielikumus. Tajā ietilpst 14 tabulas, 9 formulas, 1 zīmējums, 14 attēli, 2 pielikumi. Now the circle of solved problems in economy considerably has extended requirements to a technique of their decision and communications with other adjacent problems have increased. Among the most actual problems of structural reorganization of economy is leasing - as the tool of investment policy acts.
The title of the Degree work is “Leasing operations in Latvia, the analysis of the deal profitability from the customer's part”.
There are the characteristic of leasing, its classification and methods of payment widely reflected in the Degree work. Are analysed legal aspects of leasing, is considered the history of leasing in the world and in Latvia, are studied leasing operations in Latvia. Last part of work is devoted to the analysis of leasing transactions from the point of view of the consumer, the offers corresponding the purpose of work what has been put forward in the Degree work.
Volume of work is 110 pages, not including appendices. Work includes 14 tables, 9 formulas, 1 figure, 14 images and 2 appendices.
