ES Struktūrfondu izmantošana Latvijā
Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz pieejamiem izziņas materiāliem par Eiropas Savienības finansiālo palīdzību Latvijai, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus ES struktūrfondu finansēšanas pilnveidošanai un attīstībai Latvijā. Bakalaura darba pirmā nodaļā apskatīti ES pirmsstruktūrālie fondi un struktūrfondi pieejamie Latvijā pēc iestāšanos ES, noformulēti galvenie ES pirmsstrukturālie fondi, struktūrfondi, noteikta to būtība, veidi un mērķi. Otrā nodaļā ir analizēti īstenotie projekti Latvijā izmantojot ES pirmsstruktūralo fondu, struktūrfondu līdzekļus pēc iestāšanās ES un Kohēzijas fonda finanšu līdzekļus. Trešā nodaļā analizēts ES strukturālo fondu finansējums nākamam periodam 2007.-2013.g. Darba nobeigumā autore sniedz savus secinājumus un priekšlikumus ES struktūrfondu finansēšanas pilnveidošanai un attīstībai Latvijā. The objective of the bachelor’s thesis is to appraise the EU structural funds financial help make conclusions and to work out suggestions based on made research to improve the EU structural funds financing in Latvia. The first chapter reveals the three pre-accession instruments financed by the EU and the structural funds accessible in Latvia after entering the EU, its quiddity, forms and objectives. There is also given a statement of previously financing help and attained experience from work with the EU structural funds. The next part dedicated to the analysis of the project financed the three pre-accession instruments financed by the EU, structural funds and the Cohesion funds resources. The final part is dedicated to the analysis of the next financing period from the EU structural funds in 2007-2013.
