Liepājas pašvaldības attīstība

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Liepājas pašvaldības attīstība” . Diplomdarba mērķis ir uz pieejamās literatūras pamata un uz Liepājas pašvaldības datu analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus Liepājas pašvaldības attīstības pilnveidošanai. Lai veiktu diplomdarba mērķi, ir nepieciešams veikt sekojošus uzdevumus: likumos un normatīvos aktos izpētīt pašvaldību budžeta vispārīgo raksturojumu, analizēt pašvaldību ieņēmumu resursus un to avotus, izvērtēt Liepājas pašvaldības ieņēmumu dinamiku, veikt Liepājas pašvaldības izdevumu analīzi, aplūkot Liepājas pašvaldības sadarbību ar ES fondiem, izpētīt Liepājas speciālās ekonomiskās zonas darbību, uz analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus Liepājas pašvaldības attīstības pilnveidošanai. Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā. Satur 67 lapas, 7 tabulas и 25 attēlus.

The theme of the present term paper is “The Development of Liepaja Self-Government”. The goal of the term paper is to work out suggestions to improve the development of Liepaja self-government on the basis of the data analysis thereof. In order to achieve the set-forth goal it is necessary to take the following steps: to study the general characteristics of the self-governmental budget in the laws and normative acts, to discuss the revenue resources of the self-government and sources thereof, to analyze the income flows of Liepaja self-government, to carry out the analysis of Liepaja self-government expenses, to study the cooperation of Liepaja self-government with Funds of the European Union, to analyze the special economic zone of Liepaja, to work out on the basis of the analysis the suggestions for improvement of the development of Liepaja self-government . The paper is written in the Latvian language. It contains 67 pages, 7 tables and 25 drawings
