SIA „Amulis” finanšu analīze

Abstract

Pēdējos 5 gados Latvijā pēc Lursoft datiem ir ievērojami pieaudzis reģistrēto uzņēmumu skaits. Daudzi uzņēmumi bankrotē, jo nav savlaicīgi veikuši uzņēmuma finanšu analīzi, lai neciestu bankrotu.Darba mērķis ir uzņēmuma funkcionēšanas izpēte un norādītu uz saimnieciskās darbības vājajiem punktiem.Darba uzdevums ir pēc aprēķinātajiem rezultātiem veikt secinājumus un dot uzņēmumam priekšlikumus, lai varētu nākotnē darboties veiksmīgi un attīstīties.Darbs sastāv no 8 nodaļām, kur aprēķināti nepieciešamie rādītāji. Pēc iegūtajiem rezultātiem par pārskata periodiem (2003.g.,2004.g.,2005.g.) veiksmīgākais bija 2004. gads,kad uzņēmums strādāja ar peļņu, 2005. gadā daudzi rādītāji samazinājās, bet tie bija stabili un bankrots nedraudēja. Galvenais informācijas avots bija SIA „Amulis” gada pārskati.

During the last 5 years in Latvia according to Lursoft statistics the number of registered enterprises has noticeably grown. Many enterprises go bankrupt because they have not performed a timely financial analysis.Goal of the paper is enterprise functionality study, management approach analyses as well as to identify the week spots of management approach.Goal of the paper is to draw conclusion based on calculated results and to present proposals to the enterprise in order for it to be capable of successful operation and development in future.Paper consists of 8 chapters where applicable indicators are calculated. The most successful has been year 2004 when enterprise has bee working at a saving, in 2005 many indicators went down but they were balanced.The main source of information was SIA "Amulis" annual reports.
