AS "Grindeks" finanšu analīze

Abstract

Šajā darbā vēlos iepazīstināt ar a/s „Grindeks” finansu analīzi. A/s” Grindeks” ir dibināta 1992.gadā un nodarbojas ar farmaceitisko preparātu ražošanu. 2006. gadā kompānijas peļņa bija 6 milj.Ls, kas ir augstākais sasniegums kompānijas pastāvēšanas vēsturē. A/s „ Grindeks” jau vairākus gadus ir līderis Baltijas valstīs. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis bija, pamatojoties uz autora rīcībā esošajiem finansu dokumentiem, veikt uzņēmuma finansu analīzi un pamatojoties uz veiktajiem aprēķiniem izstrādāt iespējamos finansu problēmu risinājumus. Analīzes rezultātā iegūtie aprēķini parāda, ka a/s” Grindeks” nepieciešams liberalizēt savu kredītpolitiku, daļu debitoru parādu pārvest uz krājumiem, tādejādi minimizējot krājumu pārvaldīšanas izmaksas un kapitāla struktūru atstāt iepriekšējā līmenī. Šāda pieeja uzņēmuma finansiālajai darbībai dos a/s „Grindeks” vēl papildus pelņu 2 milj.Ls apmērā.

In this diploma work I would like to introduce you with the financial analysis of corporation “Grindeks”. This corporation is established in the year 1992 and is engaged in production of pharmaceutical preparations. In the year 2006 the profit of this corporation was 6 milj Ls.,it was the best result in whole history of existence of this corporation. This corporation takes the leader positions in Baltic States for last 5 years. The target of this diploma work is on the ground of accessible financial documents to make the financial analysis of this corporation and based on this analysis make eventual solutions for solving the financial problems. The result of the calculations shows that the corporation “Grindeks” need to liberalize the politics of the credits, part of the debtors transfer to the resources, accordingly minimizing the costs of administration of resources and capital structure leaving in the same position. Such access to the financial politics of this corporation will bring extra profit in amount of 2 milj.Ls.
