Diplomdarba temats – „Finanšu analīze kā svarīga finanšu vadības lēmumu pieņemšanas sastāvdaļa uzņēmumā”. Darba apjoms 64.lpp. Diplomdarbā izmantoti 5 literatūras avoti.

Finanšu analīze ir finansu vadības svarīga sastāvdaļa. Finansu menedžments ir īpaša prasme vadīt uzņēmumu veidošanu un izlietošanu. Informācijas par uzņēmuma finansu darbību galvenais avots ir ši uzņēmuma finansu pārskati. Ar finansiālās analīzes palīdzību tiek pieņemti šādi lēmumi: uzņēmuma īstermiņa finansēšana; ilgtermiņa finansēšana; dividenžu izmaksa akciju turētājiem un tt. Diplomdarbā tiek doti definējumi par finanšu analīzes jēdzienu, mērķiem, informācijas avotiem, modeļiem un lietotājiem.

Diplomdarba mērķis – noskaidrot finansu analīzes lomu uzņēmējdarbībā. Diplomdarbā arī ir izmantoti SIA „STILS” dati (bilances, peļņas vai zaudējumu aprēķini, naudas plūsmas pārskati). Lai labāk izprāstu finanšu rādītāju izmaiņas SIA „STILS” darbībā tiek ņemti trīs pārskata gadi (2005., 2004., 2003.) Darbā tiek veikta SIA „STILS” finansu pārskatu sākotnēja analīze, bilances horizontālā un vertikālā analīze un finansu radītāju analīze (likviditāte, saistību īpatsvars bilancē, uzņēmuma aktivitātes rādītāju analīze, rentabilitāte).

Anotation.

Subject of the diploma work is “A Financial Analysis as important part of the Management decision making.” Volume of the diploma work is 64 pages. There were used five literature sources for the diploma work.

Finance analysis is an important part of the finance management. Finance management is a special skill in creating and managing the company. Financial reports are the main source of the enterprise financial activity. There are a lot of decisions made based on financial analysis, for example: short-term and long-term financing of the enterprise, dividends payable to the shareholders, etc. The diploma work contains definitions, meaning, objectives, information sources, models and users of the finance analysis.

The aim of the diploma work is to finalize role of finance analysis for the enterprise. The diploma work contains financial data of the company “STILS” taken from its Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow Report. In order to follow the finance indexes there were analyzed financial data for three financial years 2003, 2004 and 2005.

The diploma work contains initial analysis of the company “STILS”, as well as horizontal, vertical analysis and analysis of financial indexes, such as liquidity, profitability, enterprise activity index and specific liabilities.
