Diplomdarbs ir veltīts autsorsinga izskatīšanai, to teorētiskas un metodoloģiskas puses izpētei, ka arī grāmatvedības apkalpošanas uz attālināta pamata problēmu izskatīšanai. Īpaša uzmanība ir veltīta procesu kvalitātes nodrošināšanas praktiskiem piemēriem.
Darba mērķis – izpētīt jēdzienu „autsorsings”, it īpaši finansu jomā un izskatīt pasākumu sistēmu, kuras pielieto grāmatvedības firma iekšējo procesu kvalitātes nodrošināšanai, kā arī noskaidrot, kas aizsarga klientu intereses.
Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, piecām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem.

Work purpose is to explore an „outsourcing” business concept, especially in finances sphere and to investigate the system of actions, which are applied by a accounting companies to provide the quality of the internal processes and also to find out, how differ interests of clients.
