Norēķinu karšu sistēma Latvijas komercbankās

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz Latvijas komercbanku norēķinu karšu izpēti, izanalizēt norēķinu karšu attīstību Latvijā un izvērtēt Hansabankas norēķinu karšu tirgus attīstību Latvijā. Mērķa sasniegšanai tiek izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: 1.Speciālajā literatūrā izpētīt norēķinu karšu vēsturi; 2.Analizēt norēķinu karšu veidus pēc dažādām pazīmēm; 3.Raksturot elektronisko norēķinu karšu sistēmas attīstību Latvijā; 4.Analizēt un novērtēt Hansabankas darbību Latvijas maksājumu karšu tirgū; 5.Izpētīt fiziskām un juridiskām personām pieejamās norēķinu kartes Hansabankā; 6.Izstrādāt priekšlikumus pašreizējā norēķinu karšu tirgus attīstībai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā darba nodaļā autors izpētīs norēķinu karšu vēsturi, norēķinu karšu jēdzienu un klasifikāciju, īsi raksturojot katru no tām, kā arī tiks raksturota norēķinu karšu pielietošana un priekšrocības. Otrajā darba nodaļā autors analizē pašreizējo norēķinu karšu tirgu Latvijā un attīstības dinamiku. Šajā nodaļā autors tāpat apskata norēķinu karšu drošības jautājumus, īpaši akcentējot viedkaršu ieviešanu kā jaunu produktu un uzlabojumu drošības jautājumu risināšanā. Darba trešajā nodaļā autors raksturos Hansabankas darbību norēķinu karšu tirgū, ka arī pieejamās norēķinu kartes fiziskām un juridiskām personām Hansabankā. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 65 lpp., neskaitot pielikumus. Diplomdarbs satur 11 attēlus un 2 tabulas.

Purpose of diploma work to analyse the development of electronic payment cards and to estimate the development of the market for the electronic payment cards Of Hansabanka in Latvia, being based to a study of the electronic charts of Latvian commercial banks. For achievement purposes are advanced the following tasks: 1. to investigate in the specialised literature the history of the electronic payment cards 2. to analyse types of electronic payment cards according to the different signs 3. to describe the development of the system of electronic payment cards in Latvia 4. to analyse and to estimate the work Of Hansabanka on the market for the payment cards of Latvia 5. to investigate the payment cards Of Hansabanka accessible for physical and legal persons 6. to develop proposals for the development of the already existing market for electronic payment cards. Diploma work consists of 3 departments. In the first department of work the author investigates the history of electronic payment cards, concept and classification of electronic cards, having briefly described each, and having also described application and advantages of electronic cards. In the second department the author analyses the present market for electronic payment cards in Latvia and the dynamics of development. Also in this department the author examines the questions, connected with the safety of electronic cards, especially making accent to the introduction of smartcards as new product and as improvement in resolution of questions of those connected with the safety. In the third department the author characterises the work Of Hansabanka on the market for electronic charts, and also electronic payment cards into Hansabanka accessible for physical and legal persons. Diploma work consists of 65 pages, apart from enclosure. There are 12 images and 2 tables in diploma work.
