Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “E-komercijas attīstība Latvijā”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām un deviņām apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 66 lapas, kas ietver 12 tabulas, 13 attēlus, kā arī literatūras un citus izmantotos avotus.
E-komercija ir kļuvusi aktuāla Latvijas ekonomikas apstākļos, un apzinoties e-komercijas sniegtās iespējas, parādās iespējas jaunu produktu un pakalpojumu attīstībai, kā arī jau esošo produktu un pakalpojumu radīšanas efektivitātes uzlabošanai.
Bakalaura darbā tiek risinātas problēmas un vērtēti faktori e-komercijas izmantošanā uzņēmējdarbībā Latvijā, izmantojot literatūras un statistikas informācijas analīzi.
Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīts e-komercijas saturs un loma uzņēmējdarbībā, tiek apskatīti tās veidi (kategorijas) dodot izskaidrojumu terminoloģijai un attīstības vēsturei. Tāpat analizēti tehnoloģiskie un tiesiskie aspekti, ar kuriem ir saistīta e-komercija.
Otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkota e-komerciju veicinošie un kavējošie faktori Latvijā, papildus vērtējot arī e-pārvaldes ieviešanu Latvijā, apskatot ieguvumus no e-pārvaldes ieviešanas gan valsts, gan vienkārša iedzīvotāja līmenī. Nodaļā tiek apskatītas kā ekonomiskās, tā arī sociālās un politiskās problēmas, saistībā ar e-komercijas nozari.
Bakalaura darba trešā nodaļa ir praktisks ieskats svarīgākajās e-komercijas kategorijās – B2B un B2C kategorijā.
Darba noslēgumā ir apkopoti secinājumi par e-komercijas attīstību Latvijā. Balstoties uz izdarītajiem secinājumiem, darba autors ir izstrādājis priekšlikumus e-komercijas darbības uzlabošanai, attīstīšanai atsevišķās kategorijās un Latvijā kopumā.
Darbs varētu būt izmantojams, lai uzņēmēji gūtu vispārēju priekšstatu par e-komercijas attīstību. Tāpat darbu var izmantot uzņēmumu vadītāji, kas vēl nav attīstījuši uzņēmējdarbību Internetā, kā arī jau aktīvi izmantojošie e-komercijas risinājumus – kā papildus informācijas avotu. Darbs var būt noderīgs arī ekonomistiem-analītiķiem. The name of the Bachelor paper is “E-commerce development in Latvia” (E-komercijas attīstība Latvijā). The work consists of the introduction, three basic sections and nine sub-sections, the conclusions and the proposals parts. The total volume of the work is 66 pages, which includes 12 tables, 13 pictures and literature and other sources.
E-commerce has become popular in the conditions of the Latvian economy, and considering the potentialities e-commerce offers, there appear a lot of opportunities for product and service development as well as the improvement of the existing product and service efficiency.
In the Bachelor paper, the problems and factors of using e-commerce in the Latvian entrepreneurship are evaluated and solved, using the literature and statistical information analysis.
In the first section, the e-commerce contents and role in the entrepreneurship, its types (categories) with explanations of the terminology and development history, are examined. Similarly, the technology and legal aspects related to e-commerce are analyzed.
In the second section, the Latvian e-commerce coefficient and obstructive factors are discussed and, additionally, the e-administration introduction in Latvia is evaluated and its benefits both to the Government and regular residents are examined. The section overviews the social, economic and political problems of the e-commerce field.
The third section of the Bachelor paper provides an insight into the basic e-commerce categories – the B2B and B2C.
The final part of the work generalizes the conclusions on the development of e-commerce in Latvia. Based upon the drawn conclusions the author has elaborated proposals for e-commerce improvement, development of its certain categories and in the whole of Latvia.
The work could be used by the entrepreneurs to get a general idea of e-commerce development. Similarly, it can be used by the enterprise leaders, which haven’t yet built up their Internet business activity as well as those who actively use the e-commerce solutions as a supplementary information source. Also, the work could be useful to the economic forecasters.
