PSRS pārbūve: viedokļi un norises historiogrāfijā

Abstract

Lielāka uzmanība darbā tika pievērsta PSRS reformu analīzei no 1985. gada līdz 1991.gadam. Par galveno uzdevumu Mihaila Gorbačova plānā – par Padomju Savienības atjaunošanu ( sabiedrībā un ekonomikā ), bija noteikta „pārkārtošana” ( rekonstruēšana ) un „glasnostj” ( atklātība ), šo uzdevumu viņš izstrādāja un atbalstīja laikā posmā no 1985. gada līdz 1991. gadam, kad bija PSRS kompartijas pirmais sekretārs. Autors darbā izpētītāja un izanalizēja kļūdu un sasniegumu cēloņus, kuri bija paveikti reformu procesa laikā, kā arī izklāstīja reformu idejas un iemeslus, kā arī to nepieciešamību. Atsevišķi tika pētīti starptautiskie aspekti, kurus Gorbačovs ņēma vērā pieņemot lēmumu, attiecībā uz jautājumu par politisku un ekonomisku izmaiņu formēšanu PSRS. Darbā tāpat tika atspoguļota Mihaila Gorbačova lomā PSRS pārveides un attīstības procesā.

This work concentrates on analysis of reforms in USSR in years 1985 and 1991- "Perestroika" (restructuring) and "glasnost" (openness) were Mikhail Gorbachev's watchwords for the renovation of the Soviet body politic and society that he pursued as general secretary of the Communist Party from 1985 until 1991. The mistakes and achievements are analyzed based on causes of reforms, ideas in programs of reforms as well as USSR communist party and communities influence in development of reform processes. The international aspects that influenced Gorbachev's decision to start process of forming political and economical changes in USSR. USSR position in bipolar world is analyzed more thoroughly. Influence of reforming processes of attempted reforms in USSR on international and countries internal politics is discussed. Mikhail Gorbacheva role analyze motion of PSRS reforms.
