Sajūtu kritikas salīdzinājums L.A.Senekas „Vēstules Lucīlijam par ētiku” un F. Šillera „Vēstules par estētisko audzināšanu”.

Abstract

Darbā pētīts sajūtu kritiskais izvērtējums divos darbos – Lūcija Annēja Senekas “Vēstules Lucīlijam par ētiku” un Frīdriha Šillera “Vēstules par cilvēka estētisko audzināšanu”, konkrētie darbi izvēlēti gan tajos pausto ideju radniecības dēļ, gan arī pievēršot uzmanību to līdzīgajam formātam. Par sajūtu izvērtējuma mērķi plašākā kontekstā tiek nosaukta vēlme parādīt ētikas un estētikas, kā cilvēciskās esamības augstāku pakāpju, iespējamību, tādā nozīmē, ka neviena no šīm nozarēm nevar attīstīties neatkarīgi no sajūtām, tomēr arī tīri sensibli uztvērumi nevarētu būt tas, kas veido morāles un skaistuma pamatus.

In this paper the critical assessment of the feelings in two works – "Letters to Lucilius about the ethics" by Lucius Annaeus Seneca and Fridrich Schiller's "Letters on the Aesthetic Education of Man" – was studied, the above-mentioned works were selected due to the resemblance of the Ideas expressed in them as well as the similarity of their formats. In the larger context, the objective of the evaluation of feelings is the desire to show the possibility of ethics and aesthetics as the highest levels of human existence. That is, on one hand, none of these concepts can develop independently from the feelings; on the other hand, purely sensory perceptions too cannot serve as grounds of morality and beauty.
