Abstract

Jekaterina Mihejeva. Bakalaura darbs „Procesu vadība Jelgavas gaļas kombinātā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijā sniegtajām atziņām par procesu vadības aspektiem, novērtēt procesu vadību Jelgavas gaļas kombinātā. Pirmajā nodaļā raksturota pārmaiņu vadība organizācijā; otrajā nodaļā pamatota kvalitātes vadības sistēmu nepieciešamības ieviešana uzņēmumā; trešajā nodaļā atspoguļota uzņēmuma „Jelgavas gaļas kombināts” pieredze procesu vadībā. Nobeigumā izklāstīti autores secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi veiksmīgai KVS uzturēšanai un procesu vadībai. Bakalaura darba izstrādē izmantoti 30 resursi.
