SIA "ALT auto" vadīšanas sistēma un tās pilnveidošanas virzieni

Abstract

Bakalaura darbam autors ir izvēlējies tēmu „SIA „ALT auto” vadīšanas un pilnveidošanas sistēma”. Uzņēmuma vadīšana ir plaša un aktuāla tēma mūsdienu mainīgajos apstākļos. Darba sākumā autors runā par uzņēmumu un tā struktūrvienībām. Otrā darba daļa ir koncentrēta uz uzņēmuma vadības teorētisko apskatu. Apskatot uzņēmuma vadību no teorētiskā viedokļa, ir būtiski izprast uzņēmuma plānošanu, kas sevī ietver stratēģisko plānu, taktisko plānu, operatīvo plānu, kā arī uzņēmuma organizēšanu, koordinēšanu, motivāciju un kontroli. Trešajā darba daļā tiek apskatīta organizēšanas nepieciešamība un saturs SIA. Tiek aprakstīta organizācijas struktūra un uzņēmuma struktūrvienības, to pilnveidošanas iespējas. SIA ir sadalīts četrās struktūrvienībās- auto tirdzniecība, auto kapsēta, auto serviss, auto veikals. Ceturtajā darba daļā tiek aplūkota plānošanas nepieciešamība un saturs SIA. Šajā daļā tiek aplūkoti uzņēmuma plānošanas veidi, plānošanas galvenie posmi, uzņēmuma stratēģija un politika, darbības plānošana, kā arī stratēģiskā plānošana un plānošanas pilnveidošana. Rakstot darbu autors ir izvirzījis 8 priekšlikumus uzņēmuma situācijas uzlabošanai, kā arī ir nonācis pie 11 secinājumiem. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 60 lapas un darbā ir iekļauti 6 tabulas un 5 attēli.

For the bachelor’s paper the author has chosen a theme “ALT auto Ltd Management and Perfection System”. Management of the company is a broad and urgent theme in nowadays changing situation. In the beginning of the paper the author talks about the company and its divisions. The second part is concentrated on the theoretical review of the company management. While dealing with the theoretical review of the company management, it is substantially to conceive company planning, which includes strategical plan, tactical plan, operative plan, and also company organizing, coordination, motivation and control. The third part includes an overlook of the substance of the organizing function in the Ltd. Also there is described company structure and divisions of the company. The Ltd is divided into four divisions- car trade, old car base, car service, car store. The fourth part includes an overlook of the substance of the planning function in the Ltd. There are described types of company planning, main stages of planning, company’s strategy and politics, activity planning and also strategic planning. While writing the bachelor’s paper, the author has brought forward 8 suggestions and also has reached 11 conclusions. The amount of bachelor’s paper is 60 pages and the paper includes 6 chart and 5 illustrations.
