Bakalaura darba mērķis ir uz uzņēmuma SIA Armitana analīzes pamata, atklāt tā problēmas un stipras puses un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma tālākai attīstībai. Bakalaura darba pirmā daļa ir teorētiskā, kas veido teorētisko pamatu tālākai uzņēmuma Armitana analīzei. Otrajā nodaļā tika apkopota vispārēja informācija par SIA Armitana, veikta apavu tirgus izpēte, finanšu datu analīze, kā arī uzņēmuma riska analīze, veiktas SWID un PEST analīzes. Trešā daļa tika veltīta SIA Armitana darbības attīstības perspektīvu noteikšanai, ņemot vērā ekspertu anketēšanu. Bakalaura darba rezultātā tika izstrādāts SIA Armitana attīstības pasākumu plāns un priekšlikumi SIA Armitana vadībai. Darbā ir 79 lpp., 30 tabulas un 20 attēli, 25 informācijas avoti, 3 pielikumi. The purpose of the bachelor work is on the basis of enterprise "Armitana" analysis to discover its problems and strengths and providing proposals for further development. In the first part there is given theoretical overview of methods like financial statement analysing, risk analysis and other. In the second part it is written about general information about the enterprise "Armitana", made shoe market research, financial data analysis, and enterprise risk analysis. The third part is focused on improving the enterprise "Armitana" and on the development of perspective using opinions of experts. Thesis contains 30 tables and 20 images, has used for 25 information sources. Its volume is 79 sheets of the printing text.
