Sakarā ar lielām pārmaiľām Rīgas dţudo tirgū, vienu spēlētāju loma samazinās, bet otru palielinās, autors vēlās noskaidrot tos būtiskus faktorus un elementus kas ietekme kluba pozīcijas tirgū un izraisa attīstību. Galvenais darba mērķis noskaidrot dţudo nozares nozīmīgākus mārketinga miksa elementus. Pirmā daļā autors strādāja ar teorētisku informāciju. Otrā daļā tiek aprakstīta Latvijas dţudo vide, trīs galvenie konkurenti un ir veikta dţudo nozares SVID analīze. Trešā daļā autors pēta dţudo nozares konkurenci pēc M. Portera piecu faktoru modeļa un salīdzina trīs dţudo klubu pēc 4P marketinga miksa elementiem. Pētnieciska procesa rezultātā autors izstrādā secinājumus un priekšlikumus.

Due to a vast changes in Riga‟s judo market, the role of one‟s character is decreasing, while others is increasing, therefor the author is willing to research those main factors and elements which defines the position of the club in the market and what creates its growth. The main objective is to find out most relevant judo marketing mix elements. The first part of the work author analyzed the literature review and its theory. Second part describes the environment in Latvian judo, three its major competitors, and a SWOT analysis of the judo industry. In the third part author explores judo industries competition by using M. Porter‟s five factor model and compares three judo clubs by marketing mix‟s 4P‟s elements. During the exploratory process, author was led to create recommendations and conclusions.
The bachelors work consists of 87 pages, 8 tabeles, 2 pictures and 34 used sources.
