SIA „Lima” vadības uzlabošana

Abstract

Uzņēmuma darbojoties to ietekmē dažādi ārējās un iekšējā vides faktori, lai uzņēmums spētu atbilstoši reaģēt uz šīm izmaiņā ir nepieciešams rūpīgi izstrādāt uzņēmuma vadības funkcijas. Darba mērķis ir pilnveidot uzņēmuma SIA „Lima” vadības funkcijas. Lai sasniegtu mērķi ir veikti sekojoši uzdevumi: 1.Apkopotas teorētiskās atziņas par vadības funkcijām organizācijā; 2.Noskaidrotas uzņēmuma iepriekšējās vadīšanas kļūdas un sasniegumi; 3.Veikti secinājumi par iepriekšējo vadīšanas pieredzi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi vadības funkciju pilnveidošanai. Atslēgas vārdi: menedžmenta būtība, vadības funkcijas, celtniecības nozare.

Company is affected by various external and internal environmental factors during the working process, therefore, in order to react appropriately facing these factors, it is essential to develop company's management functions accurately. The goal of present research paper is to improve management functions of the company “Lima”. In order to achieve the goal of the following tasks have been carried out: 1.Analysis of the theoretical aspects of the management functions of the organization; 2.Determination of company's previous management mistakes and achievements; 3.Drawn conclusions about the previous management experience and suggested proposals for the improvement of the management functions.
