Personāla novērtēšanas pilnveidošanas iespējas SIA "Veselības centrā "Ilūkste"

Abstract

Personāla novērtēšanas jautājums ir aktuāls ikvienam darba devējam, jo ir nepieciešams apzināt sava personāla sagatavotību, kvalifikācijas līmeni, atbilstību un gatavību veikt uzdevumus organizācijas izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšanā. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt personāla novērtēšanas procesu SIA „Veselības centrā Ilūkste” un pilnveidot šī procesa vadību. Pirmajā nodaļā izskatīti galvenie jautājumi saistībā ar darbinieku novērtēšanu un novērtēšanas metodēm. Otrajā nodaļā ir aprakstīts pētāmais uzņēmums SIA „Veselības centrs Ilūkste” un izpētīts darbinieku novērtēšanas process. Trešajā nodaļā darba autore ir veikusi darbinieku novērtēšanas padziļinātu pētījumu SIA „Veselības centrā Ilūkste”. Nobeigumā ir apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti un izstrādāti priekšlikumi novērtēšanas pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbā ir 67 lappuses, 25 attēli un 8 pielikumi.

The question about the stuff evaluation is actual for each employer, because it is necessary to know own stuff preparedness, the level of qualification, accordance and readiness to do tasks in achieving organization’s goals. The aim of research is to explore process of stuff evaluation at SIA „Veselibas centrs Ilukste” and to improve leadership of the process. In first chapter there are reviewed the main issues facing employee evaluation and the methods of evaluation. Second chapter describes researched enterprise and the process of employee evaluation in SIA „Veselibas centrs Ilukste”. In third chapter the author has made deeper research of evaluation of employee at SIA „Veselibas centrs Ilukste”. At the end the results of the research are summarized and developed proposals for evaluation improvement. Bachelor work contains 67 pages, 25 images and 8 appendixes.
