Z/S "Mondas" bioloģiskās saimniecības iekšējās un ārējās vides analīze un attīstības perspektīvas

Lai uzņēmums būtu konkurētspējīgs un iegūtu ilgtspējīgu attīstību, ir svarīgi pētīt tā iekšējo un ārējo vidi, reaģēt uz atklātajiem trūkumiem un veikt uzlabojumus tā saimnieciskajā darbībā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt bioloģiskās ZS „Mondas” iekšējās un ārējās vides analīzi, atklājot pozitīvos momentus un trūkumus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus tālākai uzņēmuma attīstībai. Lai veiksmīgi sasniegtu darba mērķi un izpildītu izvirzītos uzdevumus, autors darbā izmatoja šādas pētījuma metodes: loģiski – konstruktīvo metodi, monogrāfisko metodi, kvalitatīvo metodi, situatīvās analīzes metodi, grafisko metodi.
Bakalaura darbā autors atklāja bioloģiskās saimniecības Mondas priekšrocības un trūkumus, kā arī bioloģisko saimniecību attīstības perspektīvas Amatas novadā nākotnē un to nozīmi Latvijas lauksaimnieciskās ražošanas attīstībā un iedzīvotāju apgādei ar veselīgu pārtiku.
Bakalaura darbu var izmantot, lai gūtu zināšanas par bioloģiskās lauksaimniecības nozīmi, attīstības problēmām un to attīstības perspektīvām Latvijā.

The purpose of the Bachelor’s paper is to perform the analysis of internal and external environment of the farm „Mondas”, determining the positive moments as well as shortages and development suggestions for the further development of the company. In order to successfully achieve the purpose of this paper and fulfil the proposed tasks, the author used the following research methods in this paper: logically – constructive method, monographic method, qualitative method, method of situational analysis and graphical method.
In this Bachelor’s paper the author has determined the advantages and disadvantages of the organic farm Mondas, as well as the development perspectives of the organic farms in Amata region in the future and the importance of them for the agricultural manufacturing development in Latvia and the supply of inhabitants with healthy food.
Bachelor’s paper may be used for getting knowledge about the importance of organic farming, development problems and the development perspectives of them in Latvia.
