Imigrācijas likuma ietekme uz ārvalstu investīcijām Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Imigrācijas likuma ietekme uz ārvalstu investīcijām Latvijā. Darba apjoms ir 62 lapas, 13 attēli, 2 tabulas. Darbā izskatīta ārvalstu tiešo investīciju teorētiskie aspekti, salīdzināta Baltijas valstīs ieplūdušās investīcijas un aplūkots, cik lielas ārvalstu tiešās investīcijas Latvijā ir piesaistījušas izmaiņas Imigrācijas likumā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, cik lielu ekonomisko labumu Latvijas Republikai sniedz ārzemnieki, kuri ir investējuši Latvijā, lai kvalificētos uzturēšanās atļaujas saņemšanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā balstoties uz zinātnisko literatūru, grāmatām un interneta resursiem tiek apskatīti investīciju teorētiskie aspekti, investīciju klasifikācija. Tuvāk tiek aplūkota ārvalstu tiešo investīciju teorija. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkots Baltijas valstīs ieplūdušās investīcijas, tādejādi secinot, kura no valstīm investoru acīs tiek uzskatīta par vispievilcīgāko. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēts, cik daudz finansu līdzekļus ārvalstnieki investējuši Latvijā un pēc tam uz šo investīciju pamata pieprasījuši uzturēšanās atļaujas Latvijas Republikā. Bachelor degree theme is Immigration law impact on direct foreign investment in Latvia. Work consists of 62 pages and in it is included 13 images and 2 table. In the work has been researched foreign direct investment theoretical aspects, compared investment flow in the all three Baltic countries and researched how big investment amount Latvia have attracted changing the Immigration law. The aim of the work is to clarify how big impact on Latvian economy has left foreigners who have invested in Latvia to qualify and request residence permit. Bachelor degree consists from three chapters. In the first chapter based on scientific literature, books and internet resources is analyzed investment theoretical aspects, theoretical classification of the investments and taken a closer look to the theory of the foreign direct investments. In the second chapter is taken a closer look at the investment flow in the all three Baltic countries, so that it would be possible to understand which of the country in the eye of the investor is considered as the most attractive. In the third chapter is analyzed how much finances investors has invested in Latvia and afterwards based on those investments have required residence permit in the Republic of Latvia.
