Abstract
Bakalaura darbs „Zvanu centra operatoru pārtraukumu pieteikšanas sistēmas izstrāde” veltīts prasību apkopošanai automatizētas pārtraukumu pieteikšanas sistēmas izveidei, kas ir šī pētījuma mērķis. Darbā attēloti un aprakstīti jaunās sistēmas autores veidoti loģiskie datu modeļi, neietverot sistēmas fizisku projektējumu. Iegūto aprakstu iespējams izmantot, veicot pārtraukumu pieteikšanas fizisko projektēšanu.

The bachelor work „Development of call center operator breaks planning system” is dedicated to joint requirement collecting for automated break planning system develpoment. There are described and pictured logical data models for the new system. There are no physical and technical models included in this document, but during physical projectation it is possible and necessary to use obtained logical description and models.
