Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Klientu/tūristu piesaiste restorānam “KID*”.
Darba mērķis ir izpētīt kādas ir uzņēmumā izmantotās klientu piesaistes metodes. Mērķa sasniegšanai, pirmajā daļā autore pēta kādas mārketinga metodes var izmantot klientu piesaistē. Otrajā daļā autore apraksta kā ar mārketinga komunikāciju palīdzību uzņēmums popularizē un veido savu tēlu un zīmolu, skaidro to nozīmi klientu piesasitē. Darba trešajā daļā autore raksturo restorāna biznesu kā uzņēmējdarbības formu. Ceturtajā nodaļā autore praktiski pēta uzņēmumā „KID*” izmantotos klientu piesaistes paņēmienus. Piektajā nodaļā autore analizē potenciālo klientu atsauksmes un atbildes. Aptauju rezultāti tiek atspoguļoti grafikos, tabulās un īsos skaidrojumos.
Darba apjoms ir 76 lpp., klāt pievienoti 4 pielikumi, izmantoti 19 attēli un 4 tabulas.
Bakalaura darbā tika izmantota teorētiskā literatūra, interneta resursi, publikācijas, restorāna KID* materiāli, kā arī personīgie novērojumi. Theme of the academic essay is "Client/tourist attraction to restaurant "KID*".
The aim of the essay is to explore which client attraction methods company uses. To achieve aim in the first part author examines what marketing techniques can be used to attract clients. In the second author describes how to promote and produce companies image and brand with marketing communication help. Explain brand image and it's role to attraction. In the third author describes the restaurant business. In the fourth and fifth chapters author focuses on the practical part of the examination of the company which client attraction techniques is used, and explores customer reviews, and analyzes the potential customer responses. The replie results are presented in graphs, tables, and short notes.
The essey consists 76 pages,4 annexes,19 images and 4 tables.
Theoretical literature, internet resources, publications, materials from restaurant KID*, and personal observations are used in the academic essay.
