Abstract

Darba tēma ir „Eiropas Izcilības modeļa kritēriju izpildes novērtēšana Apdrošināšanas akciju sabiedrībā Balta”, un mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām par Eiropas Izcilības modeli, pieejamo uzņēmuma informāciju autores novērojumiem, un uzņēmuma darbinieku intervijām, veikt AAS Balta darbības novērtējumu atbilstoši Eiropas Izcilības modeļa kritērijiem, atklāt nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus to novēršanai. Pirmajā daļā autore veiks informācijas apkopošanu,lai gūtu teorētiskās atziņas par Biznesa Izcilības modeļiem, Eiropas Izcilības modeli, RADAR metodi.Otrajā daļā tiks apkopota ar AAS Balta saistītā informācija un autores novērojumi, veidojot uzņēmuma raksturojumu pēc Eiropas Izcilības modeļa kritērijiem.Trešajā darba daļā tiks atspoguļota ekspertu intervijās iegūtā informācija un darbinieku sniegtais uzņēmuma darbības novērtējums.Darba apjoms ir 91 lapaspuses. Title of paper is „Assessment of European Excellence model criteria performance in Insurance Joint Stock Company Balta”. The aim of paper is to assess performance of JSC Balta using the European Excellence model criteria, according to theoretical framework of European Excellence model, information about company, author's observations and information obtained through interviews, identify gaps and make proposals for their elimination.In first part author will aggregate information in order to get theoretical knowledge of Business Excellence models, European Excellence model and RADAR method.In second part author will aggregate information related with JSC Balta and author's observations to describe company's performance using the Excellence model criteria.Third part will reflect the expert interviews and the assessment of company's performance.The paper consists of 91 pages, including 15 illustrations, 13 tables.Key words: excellence, European Excellence model, RADAR method, JSC Balta.
