Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pētījums par ERGO Apdrošināšanas Grupas Latvijā korporatīvo sociālo atbildību attiecībā pret darbiniekiem”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorijā sniegtajām atziņām, darbinieku vērtējumu un personāla daļas vadītājas sniegto informāciju, izpētīt ERGO Apdrošināšanas Grupas realizēto korporatīvo sociālo atbildību attiecībā pret darbiniekiem, kā arī atklāt nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus ERGO Apdrošināšanas Grupas korporatīvās sociālās atbildības pilnveidošanai. Darba pirmā daļa sastāv no korporatīvās sociālās atbildības teorētiskā raksturojuma, otrā daļā tiek raksturota korporatīvā sociālā atbildība attiecībā pret darbiniekiem ERGO Apdrošināšanas Grupā Latvijā. Trešā daļa ietver ERGO darbinieku aptaujas un intervijas ar personāla nodaļas vadītāju analīzi. Bakalaura darba sastāv no 94 lappusēm, 26 attēliem, 3 tabulām un 14 pielikumiem. The title of bachelor thesis is „The research about corporate social responsibility of ERGO Insurance Group in Latvia in connection with employees”. The aim of bachelor thesis is to explore ERGO Insurance Group’s in Latvia implemented corporate social responsibility in connection with employees, to bring out imperfections and offer proposals to improve the corporate social responsibility on the theorie’s , employee’s evaluation’s and personel department manager’s given information’s basis. The first chapter of bachelor thesis consists of corporate social responsibilitie’s theoretical characteristic. The second chapter describes corporate social responsibility in connection with employees in ERGO Insurance Group in Latvia. The third part includes the analysis of employees inquiry and interview with personel department manager. Bachelor thesis contains 94 pages, 26 pictures, 3 tables and 14 enclosures.
