Darbinieku apmierinātības ar darbu ietekmējošie faktori uzņēmumā „X”

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir vērtēt darbienieku apmierinātības ar darbu ietekmējošos faktorus un veikt vadības funkcijas un lomu uzņēmumā un darba motivācijas izpēti. Teorētiskās nostādnes tiks pārbaudītas, izmantojot personāla anketēšanu un datu novērtējumu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autors pēta darbinieku apmierinātības ar darbu ietekmējošos faktorus, veic salīdzinājumu ar darbinieku apmierinātības ar darbu raksturojumu Latvijā un ārzemēs. Otrajā nodaļā autors raksturo darba motivācijas teorijas un veidus. Bakalaura darba trešajā nodaļā autors pēta vadības funkcijas, lomu un stilus, kā arī vadītāja psiholoģiskās ietekmēšanas iespējas. Ceturtaja nodaļa autors veic personāla anketēšanu un datu novērtējumu, izstrādā priekšlikumus darbinieku apmierinātības uzlabošanai paaugstināšanai uzņēmumā „X”.

The Bachelor’s paper consists of four chapters. In the first chapter author investigates factors that influence satisfaction of employees with their job providing comparison of characterization of employees’ satisfaction with their job in Latvia and abroad as well. In the second chapter the author of the Bachelor’s paper performs analysis of theories and types regarding motivation. In the third chapter of the Bachelor’s paper the author deals with functions, role and styles of the management as well as manager’s abilities of psychological influencing. In the fourth chapter the author carries out exploratory job performing mediatisation of personnel together with data evaluation in order to draft proposals for improvement of employees’ satisfaction basing on the results of actual mediatisation and analysis.
