LEAN menedžmenta pamatprincipi un to pielietošana SEB Bankā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Lean menedžmenta pamatprincipi un to pielietošana SEB Bankā.” Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz Lean teorijas atziņām un starptautisko Lean organizāciju pieredzes, izpētīt to pielietošanas priekšrocības; novērtēt Lean principu pielietošanas iespējamību Latvijā, izmantojot SEB Bankas piemēru. Bakalaura darba pamata daļa ietver trīs nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā autore sniedz teorētiskās atziņas par Lean menedžmenta pamatprincipiem. Otrajā nodaļā autore sniedz informāciju par Lean metožu pielietošanas pieredzi satarptautiskajos uzņēmumos. Pēdējā nodaļā tiek izvērtēti Lean metožu pielietošanas rezultāti SEB Bankā. Bakalaura darba beigās tiek izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi. Lai pilnvērtīgi izpētītu Lean metožu pielietošanu SEB Bankā, veiktu nepieciešamās dokumentācijas apskatu un izpēti, pētījuma periods noteikts no 2006.gada sākuma līdz 2010. gadam. Kā aktualitāte tiek pētīta Lean metožu pielietošanas iespējamība Latvijas uzņēmumos, kā arī to darbības efektīvitātes paaugstināšana, pateicoties Lean menedžmentam. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 67 lappuses, tajā ir 13 attēli un 4 tabulas. Atslēgvārdi: Lean, Lean menedžments, Kvalitātes paaugstināšana.

Bachelor thesis „The Principles of the Lean Management and Their Application in the SEB Bank.” The goal of this Bachelor thesis is to study advantages of the Lean application by analyzing the Lean theory and experience of international organizations; to evaluate possibility of the Lean application in Latvian organizations by using SEB Bank as an example. The Bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. The Lean theory and the basic Lean principles are described in the first chapter. In the second chapter author analyzes the experience of the international Lean organizations. The last chapter is devoted to the results of the Lean application in the SEB Bank. At the end of the work the conclusions are made and suggestions are offered. In order to study the application of the Lean methods in the SEB Bank and to analyse profoundly the documentation reffered, the research period focuses between 2006 and 2010. As a topical issue author analyzes the possibility of the Lean application in Latvian organizations and growth of their effectiveness by using Lean methods.
