| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma ir A/S „Air Baltic Corporation” darbinieku motivācijas sistēmas analīze. Darba autore – Jana Čuvailova. Darba vadītāja – docente Ilona Baumane – Vītoliņa.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļā darba autore apskata motivācijas teorētiskos aspektus. Otrajā bakalaura darba nodaļā tiek raksturota aviosabiedrības airBaltic darbība. Trešā nodaļā tiek apskatīta darbinieku motivācijas sistēma, veikta darbinieku anketēšana un iegūto datu analīze. Rezultātā darba autore izdarīja secinājumus un izstrādāja priekšlikumus.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 52 lpp., tajā skaitā 16 attēli, 5 tabulas un pielikumi.

| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this bachelor's thesis is the motivation system analysis of “Air Baltic Corporation”. Thesis includes three chapters.
In the first chapter author review’s the theoretical aspects of motivation. In the second chapter “airBaltic” activity is described. The aim of the third chapter is to analyze existing motivation system in the company. As a result, the author reached conclusions and develops recommendations.
The work consists of 55 pages, including 16 images, 5 tables and one application.
