Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošana uzņēmumā ABLV Bank, AS”. Motivācijas sistēmas veidošana ir viena no svarīgākajām uzņēmējdarbības funkcijām, tāpēc ka motivēti un talantīgi cilvēki rada vislielāko vērtību.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz izmantoto literatūru un veikto pētījumu, novērtēt ABLV Bank, AS motivācijas sistēmas efektivitāti un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai.
Darba rezultātā tika definēta motivācijas sistēmas nozīme uzņēmējdarbībā, tika veikta uzņēmuma darbinieku aptauja, tika sistematizēti iegūtie rezultāti un veikta uzņēmuma motivējošo elementu analīze. Pamatojoties uz iepriekš minēto izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā.
Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 67 lpp., tajā ir 22 attēli, 3 tabulas un 1 pielikums. The Bachelor's thesis is "Motivation system within the enterprise ABLV Bank, AS ". The modelling of motivation system is one of the most important business functions, because properly motivated and talented people create the greatest value in organization.
Bachelor's thesis is based on the used literature and performed research, to evaluate ABLV Bank, AS motivational system efficiency and to develop proposals for its improvement.
As a result of the thesis was defined the motivation systems role in business, was preformed a research with employees assistance, the results were obtained and systematized. Based on the above mentioned, were created several proposals how to improve the motivation systems within the enterprise.
The Bachelor thesis contains 67 pages, including 22 pictures, 3 tables and 1 appendix.
