Vadīšanas funkciju realizācijas analīze Madonas novada pašvaldības domē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Vadīšanas funkciju realizācijas analīze Madonas novada pašvaldības domē”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Madonas pašvaldības domes darbību, t.sk. plānošanas, uzraudzības un kontroles procesus, un balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, sniegt priekšlikumus turpmākai pašvaldības darbības attīstībai. Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā daļā autore apskata vadīšanas funkciju un pašvaldības teorijas metodisko bāzi, otrajā raksturota Madonas novada pašvaldība, apskatīta lēmējvara un izpildvara, kā arī aplūkots Madonas pilsētas attīstības plāns un trešajā daļā veic pētījumu par darbinieku un Madonas pilsētas iedzīvotāju viedokli saistībā ar pašvaldības vadīšanas funkcijām un pilsētas attīstības procesu. Noslēgumā, pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, sniedz priekšlikumus pašvaldības sniegto pakalpojumu pilnveidošanā, iesaistot attīstības plānošanas procesā Madonas pilsētas iedzīvotājus. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 64 lapas, tajā ievietoti 25 attēli, 1 tabula, pievienoti 2 pielikumi. The theme of this bachelor’s paper is „The analysis of the implementation of the management functions of Madona regional government council”. The aim of the bachelor paper ir to study the performance of Madona regional government council, including planning, supervision and control processes, and based upon the results of research to provide sugeestions for further development of regional government. The paper consists of 3 chapters. In the first chapter the author studies management functions and methodological bases of municipal theory, in the second chapter Madona regional government is described and in the third chapter there ir research on the municipal government and the process of city’s developmental plan. In the conclusion, based upon the research results, there are seggestions for the impovement of municipal services, by including city’s inhabitants in the process of planning the development. The volume of the bachelor paper ir 64 pages; there are 25 images, 1 table, and 2 appendixes. The key words: main management functions, municipal government of Madona, city development plan, survey.
