Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta motivācijas nozīme Latvijas un ārzemes organizāciju darbībā. Personāla motivācijas problēmas tiek apskatītas un konstatētas uz reālā uzņēmuma „X” piemēra trešajā nodaļā. Bakalaura darba beigās autors piedāvā iespējamus personāla motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanas ceļus.

The Paper „Improvement of Motivation System at the Enterprise „X”” is written for bachelor graduating in management sciences. The Paper’s author: Artjoms Mihailovs. The Paper’s supervisor: lecturer, Mg. Maruta Putniņa. The Paper consists of 62 pages, 5 tables, 4 drawings, the list of used literature and other information resourses, 1 appendix. HUMAN RESOURSE MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURSES, MOTIVATION, ORGANIZATION, SALARY. The Bachelor Paper consists of three chapters. The first chapter describes the main elements of human resourse management, as well as defines the motivation itself, motivation types and motivation theories. It is emphasized that in the scopes of this bachelor paper only one function of human resourse management will be analyzed, it is human resourse motivation. The motivation essence in Latvian and abroad companies is considered in the second chaper. Motivation issues of human resourses are described and defined at the enterprise „X” in the third chapter. At the end of the bachelor paper the author gives recommendations on improvement of the motivation system at the enterprise „X”.
