Ražošanas procesu kvalitātes vadības analīze uzņēmumā AS „Cēsu alus”.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt ražošanas procesu kvalitātes vadības analīzi, atklāt problēmas un sniegt priekšlikumus to novēršanai uzņēmumā AS „Cēsu alus”. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, tika noteikti šādi uzdevumi: 1.izpētīt kvalitātes vadības teorijas pamatlicēju ieguldījumu kvalitātes pārvaldības sistēmu attīstībā, 2.raksturot AS „Cēsu alus” saimniecisko darbību, 3.analizēt AS „Cēsu alus” ražošanas procesu. Struktūru veido ievads, trīs galvenās daļas, secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Pētījuma objekts: AS „Cēsu alus”. Pētījuma priekšmets: ražošanas procesu kvalitāte. Bakalaura darba izstrādē izmantota speciālā literatūra, normatīvie akti un AS „Cēsu alus” nepublicētie materiāli, kopā 17 literatūras avoti. Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts uz 66 lapām, ievietotas 11 tabulas un 15 attēli. Atslēgvārdi: kvalitātes vadība, ražošanas process.

The aim of this Bachelor`s paper is to analyse the quality management of beer production processes in company AS „Cēsu alus”, to detect problems and make suggestions to prevent them. To achieve the goal, such tasks were defined: 1.to explore the quality management theory founders investment in the development of quality management systems, 2.to characterise the economic actvity of AS „Cēsu alus” company, 3.to analyse the beer production processes in AS „Cesu alus” company. The structure consists of an introduction, three main parts, conclusions and recommendations. The object of research: AS „Cēsu alus”. The subject of research: quality of production processes. In the Bachelor`s paper development were used a total of 17 sources, consisting of specialized literature, company`s technical law, company`s unpublished materials and web sources. The Bachelor`s paper is developed on 66 pages, added 11 tables and 15 images. Keywords: quality management, production process.
