Faktori, kas negatīvi ietekmē SIA Zunde transport saimniecisko darbību transporta un loģistikas nozarē

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Faktori, kas negatīvi ietekmē SIA Zunde transport saimniecisko darbību transporta un loģistikas nozarē” ir pētīta SIA Zunde transport attīstība līdz 2011.gadam, kā arī nozares un citu ārējo faktoru negatīvā ietekme uz uzņēmējdarbību. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā ir teorētisks ieskats uzņēmējdarbības loģistikā, tās būtībā un nozīmē. Nodaļā ir uzskaitīti loģistikas pamatdarbības virzieni un to nodrošināšanas veidi, to funkcijas un uzdevumi. Nodaļas beigās ir apkopotas ar loģistiku saistītās izmaksas. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīts uzņēmums SIA Zunde transport un tā darbība. Papildus tiek veikts ieskats uzņēmuma organizatoriskajā struktūrā un aprakstīti uzņēmumam piederošie transportlīdzekļi. Nodaļas beigās ir veikta detalizēta uzņēmuma finanšu rādītāju analīze, iegūtie rādītāji ir uzskatāmi salīdzināti ar nozares vidējiem rādītājiem. Trešajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīti faktori, kas negatīvi ietekmē uzņēmuma saimniecisko darbību. Nodaļas ietvaros ir apskatīta gan nozares, gan citu faktoru ietekme. Lai faktoru ietekme būtu uzskatāmāka, nodaļa ietver skaitliskus pamatojumus. Bakalaura darbam ir 86 lapas, 11 pielikumi, 3 tabulas un 18 attēli. In the bachelor’s thesis Factors that negatively influence economic activity of the Zunde transport Ltd. in the transport and logistics industry is explored development of the Zunde transport Ltd. till 2011 and negative influence on economic activity of business by industry and other factors. The paper consists of 3 chapters, conclusion and proposals. In Chapter One is theoretical description of business logistics, its essence and meaning. Chapter lists the main activities of the logistics and its provision types, functions and goals. End of this chapter summarizes the costs related on logistics. In Chapter Two is described Zunde transport Ltd. and its operation. This chapter also presents insight into business organization structure and description of company – owned heavy vehicles. In the end of the chapter are analyzed and studied company’s financial indicators. Company’s financial indicators are compared with the medium indicators of industry. Chapter Three presents factors that negatively influences economic activity of company. Chapter includes description of industry’s and other influencing factors. For more detailed information, chapter includes numeral substantiations. The Bachelor’s paper includes 86 pages, 11 annexes, 3 tables and 18 figures.
